At Kissaki Hospitality Group, we believe in honoring and sharing traditional Japanese cuisine with the world. We base our dishes in mindful sourcing, seasonality, and quality. We welcome guests to join us for a unique experience at one of our beautifully designed omakase counters, dining rooms or comfortable outdoor dining areas. We opened our doors to our flagship location in the Bowery neighborhood just before the COVID-19 shutdown. We managed to grow our revenue 100% during this challenging time, while still supporting our community through initiatives to feed frontline workers. Kissaki Hospitality Group operates 1Ocean, a wholesale fish distribution company with its own Fishery and Wildlife License. This means that we get uni, caviar and most of our fish directly from Japan. We also work with fishermen from all over California, Montauk, Outer Banks and more. We strive to use the best quality fish, caught in its own ecosystem and bring it directly to our guests.

Kissaki Hospitality Group seeks additional investment in its newest business operation, Kissaki South of Fifth LLC, which will operate 3 distinct oncepts all located at 500 South Pointe Dr. Miami Beach, FL. Breakfast and lunch hours will feature the Lilikoi concept, a quick service restaurant with light fare, coffee and drinks. The full service Kissaki: South Beach will offer an a la carte menu and "Omakase" or chef's tasting 7 days a week for dinner. Late nights, the Lounge @ Kissaki will serve drinks and sushi small plates

Use of Proceeds
Kissaki South of Fifth LLC Total Investment to date: $1.95M. Kissaki seeks an additional $429,999 in exchange for 3% membership in Kissaki South of Fifth LLC. Proceeds from current investment will be used to complete the construction project and begin restaurant operations in November 2023.
